River Walking in Canmore

The one and only smoothie shop!! We come here every year almost
every day

In the lake..

Beginning to use those walking sticks-they really do come in handy once

you get to the rapids...

And speaking of rapids...i lost my shoe in them probably

over 20 times in them, abd became famous for the words "MY SHOE!!"

hehe-erin retrieved it this time, gave it to my dad who is about to chuck it at me :)
